For the stink bombs, depending on how you want to trigger the explosion, you could just make a weapon that extends the LAM and make it do no damage, yet still cause some sort of frenzy or fear when it blows. If you wanted to get fancy, you could also spawn a particle generator for effects upon explosion of the stink bomb (although the ones I'm familiar with don't really "explode", so that might not be necessary).
For the eggs, you could make a simple projectile weapon that does no damage (unless you want it to) and spawns an egg yolky texture on the surface it hits.
The slingshot sounds like it would be the coolest to me. Again you would make some sort of projectile based weapon here. You could extend one of the many from Deus Ex or make one from scratch. The biggest things would be to get the speed just right (so it doesn't look like its firing a bullet or anything like that) and to get the animation/meshes to look good.
The firecracker might be your easiest weapon to make. All you really need to do here is extend the LAM; or better yet, copy the contents of its code, extend 'DeusExWeapon', and override the part that deals with attaching LAMs to walls. This works because the LAM is essentially a bomb with a set time (aka fuse) when you fire it not facing a wall.
